Wojciech Doliński is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and a Qualified Polish Valuer (Qualification number 4881), certified RICS Registered Valuer and a Recognized European Valuer, with the REV designation.
Wojciech has been involved in real estate transactions for both private and institutional investors. He specializes in valuation of commercial properties and development land across all sectors. As of June 2019, he was involved in valuations of properties totalling approximately 30 billion złoty, across Poland, CEE Region and Germany.
Wojciech started his professional career in Polish Oil and Gas Corporation, King Sturge Sp. z o.o. and Polish Properties Sp. z o.o. from 2006. Afterwards for 5 years he was managing a start-up, analytics and valuation company Comparables Sp. z o.o. Since 2016, as a Valuation Partner, is responsible for valuation assignments of Horwath HTL. He is a RICS Assessor at the APC examinations held for new entrants and a lecturer
at current Polish Federation of Valuers’ Associations course for valuers training for collateral purposes. He sits in the Property Valuation Standards Committee by the Polish Ministry of Investment and Development. Since 2019, Wojciech is also a certified RICS Mediator.
He holds a masters and engineer degree in Land Management from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, engineer degree from the Dutch university CAH Dronten and a postgraduate MSc, Property Appraisal and Investment from the Universities
of Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent. Wojciech is a licenced Polish and UK valuer from 2009.
From 2019 Wojciech heads a real estate services company, operating within the structures of TPA Group.
