Director
Nikola works as a Director in the Accounting and Payroll Department in the Poznań office of TPA Poland.
She started gaining experience in payroll at Ikea, where, as Payroll Specialist for Austria and later as Cross Country Payroll Specialist, she was responsible for HR and payroll services in Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. She supported a transit project for Austria and prepared HR and payroll administrative procedures and process maps. She coordinated the SEPA implementation project and was responsible for optimizing payroll processes and configuring HR systems.
As Payroll Team Leader Germany, Switzerland and Austria at Marsh&McLennan, she was responsible for the migration of payroll processes for German-speaking countries, i.e. Germany, Switzerland and Austria, to the newly established branch office in Poland. She worked closely with the internal HR departments of the respective countries and managed projects in the scope of standardization of internal HR processes.
As Payroll Manager at Banach Outsourcing, she supervised the proper execution of HR and payroll processes, and also dealt with the implementation of these processes for new clients. She optimized HR and payroll processes and coordinated HR audits.
At Getsix, in the position of Senior Payroll Manager, she was responsible for the implementation of new accounts (mainly international), the configuration of the payroll system according to customer expectations and the migration of HR and payroll data. In day-to-day operational activities, she supported the HR and payroll team in Poznań and remotely in Szczecin. Working closely with the IT department, she was responsible for keeping the payroll system up to date with amendments to labor law and also coordinated the project to implement a new payroll system.
Nikola is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, specializing in Labour Economics and Human Resource Management, where she earned her master’s degree. In 2014, she graduated in German in business from the Samuel Bogumił Linde College of Modern Languages
She is fluent in German and English.
