Partner
Damian is a Partner and head of the tax department in the Poznań and Katowice offices. He is also a tax advisor, a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers, and a business consultant. Damian conducted seminars and trainings on tax issues at the Poznań School of Banking.
In 2000, after graduation, he began working in the Warsaw office of Arthur Andersen, at the tax consulting department. In 2002, he started work at the Poznań office of Ernst & Young.
Since 2004 he has been with TPA Poland.
Damian has extensive experience in the field of tax and business consulting services. He specializes in handling restructuring processes (mergers & acquisitions), tax due diligence and transaction support, tax planning and transfer pricing projects. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. Damian handles projects for clients in a wide range of industries, including energy, gas, real estate, construction, automotive, FMCG and services.
He is the author of many specialized articles on tax issues published in Polish and foreign press. He has been a speaker at many conferences and a lecturer at numerous specialized training programs.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in Management and Marketing with a specialization in financial management. In 1999, he also studied at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
He is fluent in Polish and English.
