On 1 January 2025, the largest ever changes to property tax come into force, introducing in particular new definitions of buildings and structures as taxable objects. As a result, categories of immovable property or elements thereof may be subject to taxation, which will require a revision of the existing approach to the identification of taxable objects and the calculation of tax.
