TPA Poland has been operating in Poland since 2024 and is one of the leading and largest tax consulting firms, and providers of accounting and payroll outsourcing, auditing, valuations and business consulting services. Audit, valuation and business consulting services are provided under a global Baker Tilly TPA brand. We also provide legal consulting services through an affiliated Baker Tilly Legal Poland firm. With a team of more than 400 experts and offices in Warsaw, Poznan and Katowice, we support domestic and international enterprises in reaching their goals throughout Poland.

As a company established in 1979 in Austria, TPA has been constantly developing its presence in the region, today reaching 12 countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe, including, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Simultaneously, we are a member of the global Baker Tilly International network, which operates in 145 countries and employs more than 41 000 specialists. This allows us to provide comprehensive consulting services tailored to the needs of both local and international clients, and also to collaborate with Polish entrepreneurs operating in foreign markets.
