TPA Poland once again ranked among the largest tax advisory firms in Poland. According to the Rzeczpospolita ranking, TPA Poland is 7th in terms of revenue and 8th in terms of the number of licensed advisors. TPA Poland also continues to be the largest company in the region.
This is another year in a row when TPA Poland tax advisors can boast good results in the ranking of tax advisory firms by the Rzeczpospolita daily.
“There can be no doubt that our position in the ranking is the result of the work of the entire tax team. The past year was rich in tax developments, which faced us with a number of new challenges, but also allowed us to finalize many interesting projects, during which we could effectively support our clients,” commented Małgorzata Dankowska, tax advisor, Partner in charge of the real estate advisory team and Warsaw tax practice of TPA Poland.
She added that from the perspective of the past year, it was particularly gratifying not only to see the ranking result, but also to see that many new entities – both from Poland and abroad – have chosen to cooperate with TPA Poland. Equally important was the fact that long-term clients mostly extended their cooperation with the company.
“This shows that Poland is still an attractive market for foreign investors and entrepreneurs. They are, however, looking for an experienced advisor who will offer comprehensive support in other jurisdictions and regions as well. At TPA Poland, we take advantage of the opportunities provided by our affiliation with two networks: TPA Group and Baker Tilly International. As an integral part of these two thriving organizations, we combine the advantages of international experience with understanding of the local specifics of doing business. Therefore, I would like to warmly thank not only the entire TPA Poland team, but also all those clients who have placed their trust in us. I am convinced that it is these two elements: a professional, experienced team and a group of exceptional customers that are the foundation of our successes,” she said, summarizing the results of the ranking.
TPA Poland’s revenue in the area of tax services, which determines one of the company’s key positions in the ranking, increased year-on-year by nearly PLN 4.8 million (compared to an increase of PLN 4 million in the previous year), demonstrating the company’s continued and dynamic growth.
TPA Poland’s team of tax experts is growing just as rapidly, allowing us to maintain the high 8th position in the ranking in terms of the number of tax advisors. The portfolio of solutions and services we prepare for our customers, both existing and potential, is also growing steadily, which we consider a particular advantage of our experienced team in a rapidly changing legislative environment.
“2022 proved to be a challenging year for businesses and taxpayers. The cumulative effects of the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the energy and inflation crisis, coupled with the consequences of aggressive and chaotic changes in tax law spearheaded by the Polish Deal, have taken their toll on almost every company. This is a situation where entrepreneurs, on the one hand, are looking for tangible savings, but at the same time are forced to take care of a safe, also tax-wise, way of further pursuit of their economic goals. This usually means an increase in administrative costs in the compliance area, as well as discomfort associated with higher levels of legal uncertainty and tax risk. When supporting our clients, we strive to respond in advance to legislative changes and offer solutions tailored to their businesses and needs. We also help improve the efficiency of tax risk management processes,” added Dr. Wojciech Sztuba, tax advisor and managing partner of TPA Poland.
For another year in a row, TPA Poland has retained its position as regional leader, the largest tax consulting firm in Wielkopolska province.
The full results of the Ranking were published in the Rzeczpospolita daily issue of April 20, 2023. Like every year, the ranking awards the biggest and best tax advisory firms, as well as the best advisors in particular areas of tax law, pro bono projects, and achievements in automating and digitizing tax processes.
