Anita Bis, Maciej Krokosiński as well as Mikołaj Ratajczak have been appointed Associate Partners at TPA Poland.
Anita Bis joined the TPA Poland Audit and Business Advisory team in 2007.
Anita specializes in transaction and business consulting. She has extensive experience in transactions related to the purchase, sale, and restructuring of businesses. She is a specialist in regard to providing advisory services to investment funds.
She was also involved in a number of projects involving auditing and reviewing the financial statements of various entities. Anita also participated in projects related to reviewing internal audit procedures and processes in companies, management processes, and the detection of fraud and abuse (investigative audits).
Maciej Krokosiński’s experience dates back to 2007. Four years ago he joined the Audit and Business Advisory team at TPA Poland.
He is primarily involved in providing accountancy consultancy and audit services to the largest construction and real estate companies in Poland. Maciej was part of projects which involved: financial statement audits and reviews in accordance with PSR, UK GAAP, IFRS/IAS as well as due diligence audits.
He authored numerous financial and real estate industry articles and co-authored the Real Estate guidebook. Since 2013 he has been a member of the British Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA). He is fluent in English.
Mikołaj Ratajczak specializes in VAT and CIT taxation issues, including transfer pricing regulations and tax documentation. He is a member of the team providing services to clients from the construction sector and power industry sector.
As a lecturer, Mikołaj conducted a series of open training courses as well as individual expert trainings. He has also authored a number of press and trade publications.
He is a certified tax advisor in Poland and speaks English fluently.
