Tomasz Martyniuk

Tomasz is an Associate Partner at Baker Tilly TPA and is responsible for audit and business advisory services. He has been a statutory auditor (license no. 13001) since 2015.

He has been involved in auditing since the beginning of his career. From 2005 to 2010, he worked at Doradca Zespół Doradców Finansowo-Księgowych and at Grant Thorton Frąckowiak, where he audited financial statements under a statutory auditor’s supervision.

He had an opportunity to use and expand his knowledge and skills at Genpact LLC, where he supervised the accounting month-end closing along with reporting monthly results to the group, including budget execution. He was also involved in management accounting and production controlling.

In 2012, he joined the Poznań audit department of RÖDL & PARTNER, where he managed the team and projects, including auditing financial statements and preparing consolidation packages. His tasks also included business valuations, financial due diligence and process analysis.

In 2017, he took the position of Associate Partner at the same organization, thus expanding his area of responsibility considerably. As the head of the audit department, he managed a team of 15 people. He oversaw the performance, profitability and budget of the department, and looked after a large group of clients. As a member of the AQR (Audit Quality Review) team, he was responsible for reviews of international CaseWare documentation. He oversaw audits of financial statements according to UoR, HGB and IFRS and carried out due diligence projects. As part of his duties, he also carried out agreed procedures to deal with clients’ needs. His client portfolio also included public companies.

He provided training to employees and clients on balance sheet law.

Tomasz is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Economics). He also studied Management and Marketing at the University of Mannheim.

He is fluent in Polish, English and German.
