Młyńska12 is a unique office project that resulted from the restoration of a tenement building located in the central part of Poznań. The historic building offers the highest quality office space while maintaining its historic appearance. TPA (former TPA Horwath) will move into its new office on 16 August.

History of the building

The tenement building was built on the site of former watermills in 1890. The first mentioned owner in the Address Books of the City of Poznań is the merchant Samuel Reinstein. The first residents appeared in 1892, and their amount increased from year to year. The architect of the building is unknown, although certain architectural details suggest that it could have been Oskar Hoffmann, a well-known architect of the time that lived in the building since it was built. After the second world war, the building was taken over by the city. Since 2009, the building is listed in the register of historic buildings.

Modern office building

As part of the building modernisation project, its function changed from that of a residential building to that of an office building. The existing structure was modified, an additional storey was added, and an underground parking garage was built beneath the courtyard. The office space will be delivered on a turnkey basis – finished using high quality materials in accordance with tenant ideas and guidelines. Modern office space will be augmented by a restaurant, an employee cafeteria, and a wellness area. To ensure user comfort, there will also be a concierge service. A part of the internal patio was also redeveloped and can be used for the organisation of cultural and entertainment events..

The building will be fully handicapped accessible, especially for wheelchair users.

We are aware of the importance of the surroundings in which we carry out projects for our clients. In choosing the location of our new Poznań headquarters, we looked for a place which, thanks to the use of the highest quality modern interior design solutions and equipment, will support the effectiveness of our teams. At Młyńska 12, we were able to combine tradition with modernity, which perfectly fits the organisational values of our company.” – said Krzysztof Kaczmarek, the Managing Partner of TPA Horwath.

In a building with more than 6700 m2 of useable floor space, TPA will occupy the entire 4th floor, i.e. 992 m2. The agreement was concluded for a period of 5 years.
