Our history
- 1/7/2004 – Establishing Corporate Tax Consulting s.c. with Wojciech Sztuba and Krzysztof Kaczmarek as partners and Damian Kubiś, Mikołaj Ratajczak, Joanna Kiliszek and two apprentices on board.
- 1/7/2004 – Opening of our first office at 1 Żydowska St. in Poznań.
- 2004 – First domesctic key accounts in the construction, real estate and power industries.
- 5/4/2005 – Joining the TPA Horwath group operating under the Crowe Horwath International network. TPA Horwath Sztuba Kaczmarek Sp. z o.o. is established, which acquires CTC, with TPA Austria assuming a part of the shares.
- 2005 – First real estate transaction – acquisition of a group of 11 shopping malls from one of the leading development companies in Poland.
- 21/11/2005 – Audit department is formed. TPA Horwath Horodko Audit Sp. z o.o. is established.
- 1/2/2006 – Service portfolio expanded with accounting (Ewa Znamierowska joins) and approx. 30 companies of one of the largest real estate funds based in Austria are acquired. TPA Horwath Accounting Sp. z o.o. is established and an office in Warsaw at 39 Sienna St. is opened.
- 28/4/2008 – Relocation to a new office at Grójecka St. in Warsaw (1 May 2008).
- 6/11/2008 – TPA Horwath HR Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is established with Dorota Trojanowska, and the offer portfolio is expanded with recruitment and personal consulting services.
- 2009 – Horwath HTL established as a joint venture with Horwath HTL France, and the portfolio expanded with consulting services for the hospitality and tourism industry.
- 2009 – First industry award for the company – CEE Retail Awards 2009.
- 1/9/2011 – Relocation to an office at Murawa St. in Poznań.
- 13/7/2012 – TPA ranked as the top consulting company in Wielkopolska
- 1/2/2013 – Office opened in Katowice.
- 13/12/2013 – Relocation to a new office at Przyokopowa St. in Warsaw (lease period from 1/1/2014).
- 1/7/2014 – 10 years on the market.
- 12/8/2016 – Relocation of the Poznań office to 12 Młyńska St.
- 5/9/2016 – Joining the global Baker Tilly International network.
- 15/2/2018 – Offer expanded with legal consulting under the Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal brand.
- 22/11/2018 – Office of the Baker Tilly Woroszylska Legal firm opened in Poznań.
- 2/9/2019 – Merger with Moore Stephens Central Audit.
- 27/9/2019 – Offer portfolio expanded with real estate consulting – new company TPA Real Estate Services.
- 19/8/2020 – First audit and business consulting services provided under the Baker Tilly TPA brand.
- 5/10/2020 – Relocation of the MSCA team to the office at Przyokopowa.
- 22/7/2021 – Firm name changed to Baker Tilly Legal Poland.
- 4/9/2023 – Baker Tilly Legal Poland services expanded to include Private Clients and the M&A / corpo area, owing to the addition of Tomek Hatylak’s and Sergiusz Kielan’s team.
- 1/2/2024 – New office at 138a W. Korfantego St. opened in Katowice.
