Director
Alicja is a director in the accounting and payroll outsourcing department of TPA Poland in Poznań. She has many years of experience in providing audit and accounting advisory services, which is confirmed by the title of a certified auditor (no. 13447) and ACCA qualifications.
She started her professional career at Rödl & Partner, where she gained her experience between 2012 and 2023, initially in the audit department. From 2018, she led the team responsible for financial outsourcing services and acted as Knowledge Manager, focusing on the development of processes and standards in the accounting area. As of December 2023, she joins the team of Directors of TPA Poland.
She specialises in serving clients in the real estate industry and her key competences include financial reporting (financial statements, group reporting according to HGB, IFRS), accounting consulting and tax compliance. In addition, she has experience in optimising business processes and working with clients in the automotive, manufacturing and retail sectors.
Alicja is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, where she majored in finance and accounting and real estate management.
She is fluent in English.
