Partner
Dorota has been a partner in the human resource consulting team – HR TPA Poland – since 2007. She has many years of experience in human resource consulting as well as expertise in the business sector: she was responsible for all marketing operations and was a board member of a medical company.
Within several years of practice in the area of human resource consulting Dorota led projects in the areas of: executive search, recruitment and selection, personnel audits and outplacement. She also took part in various projects (creating personnel policies and HR tools), also regarding the post-merger integration. Dorota carries out recruitment projects for middle and upper level managers. Among her clients there can be distinguished both top Polish companies and foreign entities, as well as companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Dorota is the author of numerous publications in the field of human resource consulting, and also conducts training and lectures on the subject.
In 1997 she graduated from the Department of Management and Marketing
at the Warsaw School of Economics, with a specialization in Human Resources Management. She has also completed post-graduate studies at the School of Economics: Human Resource Management and International Business Management.
